Felker W. Ward, Jr.- Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ward’s distinguished career includes serving as a Lt. Colonel and Airfield Commander in the United States Army, as well as also being an Attorney and Investment Banker. Along with Herman J. Russell and Jesse Hill, Jr., he co-founded Concessions International, a consumer-driven company which operated concessions at most major U.S. Airports.

Mr. Ward has an undergraduate degree from Tuskegee University and a Juris Doctorate from Emory University. He also serves on the Boards of NYSE-traded AGL Resources, the Atlanta Life Insurance Company, the Tuskegee University Trustees, the Georgia Cancer Coalition and the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons Football Team. He is also the past President and current Chairman of the Atlanta Rotary Club and serves on other civic and charitable boards.

Dominic Mack, M.D. - Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Mack, a board certified Family Physician, has extensive experience providing medical leadership for multi-site clinical operations. As Chief Medical Officer for Southside Medical Center, the tenth largest community health system in the United States, Dr. Mack provided clinical leadership and oversight for the Center’s multiple clinic locations, directing the efforts of these clinics both operationally and clinically. Southside Medical Center received national recognition for having one of the best primary care delivery systems in the country. In addition, Dr. Mack served as Assistant Professor & Associate Chair of Clinical Affairs for the Department of Family Medicine at the Morehouse School of Medicine, and Associate Director for Clinical Affairs for the National Center for Primary Care. Dr. Mack most recently served as Project Director managing a multi-state initiative to implement electronic health solutions for the devastated healthcare systems in the Gulf.

Dr. Mack received his BS degree from Paine College in Augusta, GA and his MD from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. He completed his Family Medicine internship and residency in Family Medicine at Morehouse School of Medicine and received his MBA from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA.

Rosemary Kelly - Chief Marketing Officer
Ms. Kelly has over 16 years of senior level marketing experience with four successful entrepreneurial ventures in the healthcare/health and wellness segments of the industry. She brings extensive experience in both business to consumer and business to business focused organizations. Her experience includes leading the efforts of healthcare marketing, communications and branding as well as new market opportunity analysis and development. Ms. Kelly joined each organization in the early start-up phase and played a prominent role in the growth and development of the company.

Ms. Kelly earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University. Ms. Kelly also holds a Certified Public Accounting License. Avidly committed to a healthy lifestyle and helping others to do the same, Ms. Kelly is an accomplished endurance athlete having completed numerous triathlons, marathons and long distance cycling events.

Pete Mounts - Chief Information Officer
Mr. Mounts has more than 25 years experience in the Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) industry. This experience has encompassed all segments of the HIT industry including vendors, healthcare organizations, and consultants. During this time, he has been part of more than $1 billion in healthcare technology transactions ranging from small physician office practices to large multi-state hospital organizations.

Mr. Mounts has held numerous executive leadership positions at McKesson, Eclipsys, and HIMformatics. He has been recognized as one of the leaders of the HIT industry, is a regular speaker at industry conferences, and has been published in several industry journals.

Mr. Mounts is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology. He currently serves on the Board of the Salt Lake Regional Sports Center as well as JLPM, Inc. He also serves on the Strategic Planning Committee of Morningside Presbyterian Church.
